Request a copy, correction, or deletion of the personal information linked to your enrolment or waitlist request, under PIPEDA.
Message us on WhatsApp from the number you used with us, or email [email protected] from your login email address, and tell us whether you want a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.
A request from a different number or address will need additional verification. We handle every request by hand and respond within 30 days, as PIPEDA requires.
Deletion is permanent. It removes your learner account, course access, and practice records, and any waitlist entry. Payment records are kept separately, as the law requires, for up to 7 years, and are not deleted by this request.
